What prevents prot spirit and HB from being stripped?

he doesnt do the exact same as snows and all, he stays back
ill post a screen in a mom
you see i drew in the map where the RoJ stands, he casts RoJ and runs back so he doesnt get aggro, and if he does, the others arent stripped.

as a Monk at heart, I'm greatly interested in this as well...I hit 300k Asura from SoOSC on my sin pre-nerf and haven't touched it since, but I think it'd be pretty fun as RoJ.
As for bar, I would guess Mo/Me:
Arcane Echo, RoJ, IAU, Hexbreaker, GDA, Prot Spirit, HB, Ebon Escape
I'm not sold on Prot Spirit or HB though, I guess I could ask some pug teams to ping me the bar; I'lll report back and see what I can find out.

Seen some ppl using Mantra of resolve too (for Roj only) and rebirth(for single deaths, so if is important sin in a safe spot you won't have to wipe).
Btw, the most important thing is having all other Sins draw aggro away from you, because you'll have only IAU, EE and breeze+PS to stay alive.

This is pretty much the same bar I came up with. Having not tested it I just can't imagine it working. It just feels like something is missing.

Mantra of resolve seems like it would be of limited usefulness but I could be wrong.I've seen rebirth in action and it is a great skill.

So, I just pugged this a few times with this bar:
Arcane Echo, RoJ, IAU, Feel No Pain, Prot Spirit, Rebirth, Hex Breaker, and EE.
It works. I use FNP because I have alcohol to spare, and it gives me about 1,105 HP. With that in mind, here is what I'm thinking about changing:
Hex Breaker should definitely be replaced with Mantra of Resolve, otherwise you face potential rupts @ Fendi, plus, it's not even that useful.
Rebirth can be dropped, completely. Sins go down, but the energy loss from Rebirth just slows everything down way too much, and imo it'd be much faster just to wipe.
Arguably, I think Prot Spirit can even be dropped, if you're smart about running - all of my title track skills are maxed, so I benefit from R10 IAU/FNP/EE and I think I could make the run without it; not that I would advise it. I also use Pie, Corn, Apples...so, Prot Spirit is probably necessary for your average RoJ.
And, of course, FNP is optional -anything could go in it's place really.
EDIT: I figured I would mention Healing Breeze; yeah I imagine you could squeeze it into the bar ( optimally in place of FNP, I think ) and squeeze in another PvE skill, but I'm just really partial to FNP. I prefer it to HB because I don't have to stop and cast, which will nearly get you killed on level 3. On top of that, other than Great Dwarf Armor, I can't think of another PvE skill I would rather put in.
As to the survivability, the key to it is intelligent running - stay in the thick of the assassin's, let them attract all agro, and don't go too far out of your way ( or into danger ) to EE a Sin who is low on HP. They're defensively well more suited to this than you are. In fact, most Sins EE to you as their primary target, which is nice. ^_^

Alternatively, gogo Recall. Dropping prot spirit is only an option with 1.000+ health

Well I have tried quite a few builds and they all seem to work about the same. The largest problem is survivability, obviously. If you rubberband, lag or get bodyblocked you are pretty much guaranteed to die.
